Auction Terms

  • Taking Consignments Daily Monday – Friday from 8 – 4:30.

  • We will receive tractor and machinery consignments up until the Saturday before any onsite consignment auction. Note: Items brought in after that must go on the auction after the current one. Terms of all sales are cash, good check, cashier's check, bank wire or an ACH authorization payment.

  • No onsite - in person buyer’s premium charged at any of our auctions. Online purchases may have a premium charged by online companies.

  • All items sold as is - where is, with no warrantees or guarantees implied. NOTE: We do offer our same day ride and drive policy on tractor purchases over $5,000 for a sound engine & transmission only, on our onsite consignment sales only.

  • All items purchased onsite must be paid sale day. Online purchases must be paid within 3 days of purchase. Nothing removed in either instance unless settled for and paid in full.

  • All items purchased on any auction must be removed in 30 days. Note: a storage fee will apply after 30 days. After 60 days any items not removed will be considered abandoned and permanently destroyed. 

  • We offer reasonable commission rates. Onsite and offsite auctions at your place or ours. Trucking and cleanup also available on your items.

  • Both live and online bidders are asked to make their own inspections of the equipment as other than our ride and drive policy all sales after the winning bid are final and bidders

         understand that all equipment is sold as is - where is - with no guarantees or warranties.


  • Note: Any non-paying bidders will be removed from future auctions both live and online for non-payment of items purchased and may also incur late fee penalty and court proceedings may ensue after that.
