EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS
Electronic Execution
The successful bidder will be required to execute a purchase agreement immediately following the auction and may be required to sign documents electronically via DocuSign or a similar electronic signature platform.

Closing shall occur within forty-five (45) days of the auction closing.
Possession will be granted at closing or as agreed upon between buyer and seller.
Real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing.
